At Rogue Holdings, he positioned Rogue among the top modern oral nicotine brands. He has shaped strategic alliances with top-tier firms, enhancing manufacturing and marketing operations. Leading Rogue from 2018 to 2023, Mr. Quinn bolstered its growth and operational standards, notably with the Rogue nicotine portfolio of pouches, gums, lozenges, and tablets. His background includes senior roles at U.S. Smokeless Tobacco and several innovative tobacco and pharmaceutical companies, contributing to his extensive experience in the sector.

As Sr. Vice President of Sales and Marketing, he led a team of over 400 and achieved record profits in 2021. Rossi also launched ROGUE, a successful nicotine pouch brand, expanding its distribution to 120,000 stores in three years. His leadership is marked by integrity, innovation, and dedication.
